Within Commercial Sales and Enterprise Solutions, we are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to work as a part of our 1 year Graduate Program based in Warsaw.

We are interested in speaking to candidates that have recently graduated from an IT or Business related degree and are keen to start their career in sales. In particular we are looking for candidates with enthusiasm, strong communication skills, excellent work ethic and the desire to hit targets and achieve. Key Responsibilities

  • Learns the full range of Dell technology, products, and services to be able to identify how these products and services align to customer/partner needs.
  • Sells Dell’s products and services (via telephone, web or e-mail) to specified customer/partner segments (including international clients) in alignment with outside sales.
  • Identifies and qualifies new channel partners, distributors, and retailers.
  • Cooperates and collaborates with colleague, cross-functionally, to support the sales process as well as maintains and expands business relationships/market share with existing and new customers/partners.
  • Explains technical, industry, and market facts to position Dell as a competitive solution.
  • Demonstrates sales ability to meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly targets in relation to KPIs.
  • Independently gathers information and works on own initiative as well as creates and supervise online sales portal.

Essential Requirements

  • Master degree in an IT or Business related discipline (graduated within the last 12 months).
  • Advanced level of English and Polish languages skills/both verbal and written. German language would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, with good time management skills.
  • Tenacity, drive and determination to succeed and build a career in the IT industry.
  • Drive for results and achieve sales targets.

Desirable Requirements

  • Passion for technology and sales as well as ability to learn Dell’s technologies, product, and services.
  • Teamwork capabilities.
  • Ability to influence others.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
