Opis stanowiska

  • Daily work in European projects and operations as part of the European Digital Transition international team structure (Connected Products and Digital Services, B2B, B2C and Enterprise Product Information Chain)
  • Analysis of data gathered from Connected Products, Websites, Transactions, Syndication services etc.
  • Creating usable and relevant customer and consumer analytics / insights
  • Deriving actionable  measures from the analysed data points
  • Analyse specific data  / create (standardised) reports on request of European / Country organisations
  • Knowledge management, best practise sharing
  • Interact with our internal teams and external agencies via phone, e-mail remote sessions and ticket systems
  • Analysis of data, creating of standard reports
  • Create process documentation and manage knowledge related to supported analysis
  • Work closely with all support levels, internal teams and external interactive agencies or software houses teams
  • Provide input to Corporate Digital Transition;  Digital Analytics Strategy, Digital Analytics tooling
  • Be an driving member of the Digital Analytics community inside BSH

Wymagania

  • Experience with web content management systems (WCMS)
  • Technical understanding of web and Internet of Things (IoT) landscape and tools
  • Experience with web analytic tools e. g. Adobe Site Catalyst, Google Analytics,  B.I.G. or other social analytics tools, SPSS, SAP Data warehouse,
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent problem solving skills and an eye for details
  • (Internal) Customer – orientation with an eye towards impact on user satisfaction
  • Ability to multi-task, effectively schedule, work under pressure
  • 2-3 years professional experience with Web analytics, - tracking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • basic knowledge of German could be an advantage
