We are looking for a trainee to support claims handling process in Cards 4 Team. This is an opportunity for you to support investigatation of disputed transactions and work with MasterCard and VISA regulations of chargebacks.

You’ll join Business Support and Facility Management Deparment, where we provide efficient business support to Nordea Bank units enabling them to focus on running the business.
What you’ll be doing:
Assistance in invoice booking process
Support for asset management
Support for orders corresponding to local business needs
Assistance with correspondence registration and distribution process
Participation in process of ordering the equipment
Support for access cards process
Cooperation with external suppliers and premises’ administrators
General support for Nordea employees and internal comunication

Knowledge of English allowing spoken and written communication at work (at least B2)
