Opis stanowiska

Requirements:

  • Master degree – preferably in area of Business or Finance and Accounting
  • Min. 4 years of professional experience working on projects in an international environment in SSC/BPO sector – with strong focus on Finance area (process mapping, redesign, SoD, ICs)
  • Good understanding of main Finance processes (including respective SAP know how)
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools and methodologies
  • Proven project management qualification (e.g. Prince2) will be an advantage
  • Fluent English language
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to form working relationships, gain credibility and influence stakeholders at all
  • levels, including senior management
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving ability
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • Self-driven and proactive

Responsibilities:

  • Seeking, analyzing and proposing process improvements
  • Defining, setting up and managing project scope and plan
  • Ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and that the projects’ objectives are meet
  • Ensuring the roles and responsibilities within projects are defined and understood
  • Identifying project & process risks and mitigation actions
  • Maintaining project documentation and reporting status to project stakeholders
  • Delivering project status reporting on regular or ad hoc basis as required
  • Developing and maintaining relationships across internal teams
