Opis stanowiska

Planning, implementing, accepting and integrating centralized and decentralized UCC infrastructure and services into the Transfer control operation (UCC = Unified Communication and Collaboration Services)
Creating technical service descriptions in the context of tenders and working with external providers negotiations.
Recording customer requirements and planning them in the UCC infrastructure, using UCC Clearing & Design process
Collaboration in UCC Service Management (Incident-, Change-, Problem-), case-by-case problem ownership
Creating 8d reports, track the resulting measures, conducting quality meetings with external providers, initiate and manage CIP processes, coordinating operational and service processes with external providers.

Wymagania

Very good technical knowledge of communication networks and UCC platforms (WAN, LAN, WLAN, TCP/IP, SIP, ISDN, mobile phone technologies).
Very good understanding of modern UCC and IT architectures, market overview of common UCC platforms and UCC service providers (e.g. Avaya, Microsoft, British Telecom, Vodafone).
Experience in dealing with external service providers through several years of provider management in Telecommunications sector.
Very structured way of working as well as good skills, requirements and solutions Target groups to be presented fairly, able to work in a team, interculturally open, assertive and communicative
Confident (spoken and written) in the English language, good knowledge of German is an advantage
Completed degree (Master) in computer science, communications technology, physics or a comparable field
