Opis stanowiska

Release management for owned products (test management and execution, package creation, rollout support, version management)
Daily product maintenance (monitoring of infrastructure and logs, error analysis, prevention of failures, creation of documentation)
Incident management for owned products (hints for 1st line, 2nd/3rd line direct support)
Change and problem management for owned products based on requirements from users and new features provided by the vendor
Support for development (analysis of problems, collaboration with architects and developers, automation of support and delivery processes)
Applications: Axure RP Pro, MathType, Dragon Legal Voice Recognition, APIS IQ (FMEA), Adobe family

Wymagania

Administration or at least Key User experience of any above-mentioned applications (or similar)
Windows – basic administration of Windows servers and clients, usage of tools for remote support
Knowledge of Jira and HP Service Manager (or similar)
Fluent English (B2/C1) and German as additional advantage
Good cooperation and communication in multicultural team, in remote environment and with external partners with resistance to stress and time pressure
