Opis stanowiska

Scouting and analysis of Digital Business Models and latest technology trends to feedback into the DBU, other JTI functions, and markets.
Provision of technical before Digital Solution pitches for PoC selection.
Review and translation of business demands into technical requirements (functional/ non-functional). Detailing of user stories in close alignment with business and Agile development teams, including estimation of efforts.
Support in vendor/ contractor selection and management, including work organization and challenging/ sparring during the entire development process.
Support in adhering to technical quality and compliance through code and test reviews, including providing product descriptions for training and MVP kick-off.

Wymagania

University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or a comparable field of study
3+ years of experience in working with and developing new innovative Digital solutions, ideally in IT or e-commerce related environments
1+ year experience in managing senior stakeholders (background in consulting or agencies preferred)
Fluent in English in speaking and writing (additional languages are a plus)
Strong experience in delivering innovative Digital Solutions
Experience with analysis of Digital Business Models and latest technology trends
Ability to agnostically apply Digital Solutions cross-functional
Good knowledge in steering cross-functional teams
Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
The ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
