Opis stanowiska

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Assist the entire order delivery process placed by Key Markets through pro-active collaboration with other Supply Chain functions such as Catalogue Management, Finance, Planning, Shipping also Project Management, Sales, and others.

Apart from that, you will contribute to changing the team from a traditional order management team to a team that acts as an extension of the sales team in the field, assisting them and the customers with part inquiries, providing historic sales data as well as detecting potential leads for the business. Your challenge is to balance the requirements of ensuring a seamless order flow while providing a result-driven and proactive customer experience.

You are responsible for

  • Viewing & classification of complaints
  • Control of logistical complaints in CCM
  • A qualitative review of the feedback
  • Creation of customer credit or rejection letter
  • Weekly Examination Disputes

You are a part of

Wymagania

  • Student of at least 2nd year of studies
  • Availability to work 30-40h/ week
  • Fluent German & English, written and spoken (at least B2)
  • Good knowledge of Excel. Some SAP experience will be a great plus
  • Great communication skills, eye for details, well organized
