Opis stanowiska

Team member with Product Management focus for the agile Atlassian Team which is responsible for the following worldwide used applications: Docupedia (Atlassian Confluence), Track&Release (Atlassian Jira), Knowledge Management System (Atlassian Confluence), Jira Service Desk (Atlassian)

Your responsibilities

  • View, describe and evaluate the requirements of our internal customers for all applications of the Atlassian Team Product Portfolio
  • Testing new software versions for functionality and ensuring the required quality level in coordination with the software manufacturers
  • Project coordination or management of small further development projects, including interface function between product management and DevOps team
  • Create and update the Atlassian Team backlog and roadmap together with the Atlassian Team
  • Support with the introduction of new functions and consulting of the business departments regarding IT strategies and requirements for the applications of the Atlassian Team Product Portfolio
  • End customer support (3rd level), coordination of the 3rd level support teams and training of the 1st and 2nd level support organization as required (e.g. when introducing new functions)

Wymagania

  • Personality: strong communication skills, responsible and quality-conscious
  • Working method: analytical thinking, structured, independent and cooperative
  • Experience: first relevant professional experience in customer communication as well as in creating and defining requirements
  • Know-how: sound technical understanding of client-server applications in the web environment
  • Enthusiasm: Knowledge and appreciation of agile methods in a dynamic business environment, enjoyment of intercultural cooperation and affinity for the online community and social media
  • Languages: very good written and spoken English
  • Education: completed studies with a focus on information technology (business information systems, computer science, information systems and digital media etc.) or comparable qualification
