Opis stanowiska

In this role, you have the opportunity to
support the implementation and the improvement of the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales process ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality services.

You are responsible for

Planning, coordinating and doing aftercare of customer master data
Changes of established customer master data
Verifying legal requirements for creation of new customer vs. changing existing customer number
Creating/maintaining master data for affiliations to hospital chains and buying groups
Doing mass changes for customer master data
Working on improvement projects – doing a high degree of research in cooperation with other departments

You are a part of
Our Global Competence Center in Łódź, where we centralize our transactional processes. We bring together supporting roles within HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain and other, enabling you to have a career in an international, cross functional environment. Your future colleagues speak 25+ languages and represent 15+ different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries on a daily basis.
The team based in Lodz is responsible for providing support for the sales team in Germany.

Wymagania

Currently studying towards your University degree
Available at least 25-30h/week
Analytical mind with an eye for detail
Fluent in spoken and written English & German is a must
Excel knowledge
Good communication skills
