Opis stanowiska

What this position is about - Purpose:
You will act as the Technical product lead for the web content services developed on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as the part of Digital Ecosystem which will be implemented to support the JTI’s major projects.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

  • You will closely collaborate with business product owners to define the product backlog and the sprint planning, lead the breakdown of sprint goals in actionable user stories for the team and define / deliver technical approach / practices for the team
  • You will guide product teams on the solution design and technology capabilities
  • You will represent the product team at Program level agile process meetings, manage team agile board on the Jira DES project and collaborate closely with project scrum master
  • You will be responsible for the team accountability in the scope of delivery, rollout and support of corresponding solutions including the management of outsourced service providers
  • You will ensure that the delivery of sprint/products is timely provided, and the bottlenecks are resolved
  • You will report the status and issues to DES Program Management and align the team planning with the program milestones
  • You will identify opportunities for standardization of existing processes and make recommendations for improvement
  • You will coordinate the regular solutions upgrades, contribute to the overall solution health checks, perform regular solution architecture and code reviews to optimize the solution performance

Wymagania

  • professional software development on web content management solutions, with particular expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (6+ years)
  • experience implementing strategies to support multi-site and multi-language
  • experience integrating 3rd party and Adobe products with AEM, defining migration and upgrade strategies (products and content) as well as methodologies (content and code); Experience Manager Architect certification is considered a plus
  • expertise in multiple technology platforms/languages such as Java, J2EE, C#, .NET, etc.
  • strong knowledge of software design patterns and service-oriented architecture
  • strong Experience building / integrating REST services and a very good understanding of the HTTP stack
  • experience using cloud services in production (Azure is a plus)
  • You are autonomous, proactive, take technical leadership and are used to agile delivery practices
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have a diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or related
