We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to work together with Nordic Units in order to align local procedures to the Nordic standards and solve tasks that require independent judgment and own decisions on how they should be solved. You will be responsible for supporting end users in case of IT failures or standard requests according to defined processes. This is an opportunity for you to act as first level support to all end users (single point of contact).

About this opportunity

Welcome to the KYC Ops Mass Market AODD PL SE team. We add value by creating group-wide solutions to fight financial crime. As Internship in KYC Operations Mass Market you’ll play a valuable role in ensuring a robust, high-quality financial crime risk management across Nordea where we support business in identifying, assessing, mitigating and monitoring financial crime issues and risks.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting our KYC specialists and consultants in data gathering regarding relevant procedures and processes
  • Printing and preparation of daily correspondence to be sent to customers that require assessment
  • Uploading obtained digital documents to relevant systems
  • Securing customer information in order to meet GDPR policy
  • Meeting assigned service deliveries according to customers’ needs
  • Handling assigned tasks at the required level of quality and within timeframe by following guidelines/work procedures

Your experience and background:

  • Graduated at least secondary school
  • English skills at at least basic level
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
