Opis stanowiska

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager, with deep background on Microsoft technology, willing to develop and mentor growing team of 30+ FTE as well as create visionary plans related to workplace and collaboration products for Bosch group
You will lead the team of Microsoft and Collaboration IT Specialists
You will provide ideas for developing of long lasting strategies regarding workplace products
You will deeply collaborate with other IT international teams
You will provide advice to HQ regarding Microsoft and Collaboration IT products
You will assure the development of the team – headcount- as well as skill-wise

Wymagania

Personality: Excellence communication skills, team player, working in big international teams (including senior management)
Work behavior: Self-managed, target-oriented, mentor-like attitude, pursuing new opportunities and technologies
Experiences and Know-How: Profound knowledge of Microsoft products (+10 years), focusing on M365 and cloud solutions, experience in developing company strategies
Languages: Very good English skills written and spoken
Education: Completed degree with a focus on information technology (computer science, etc.) or a comparable qualification
