What is Client Data Exchange Team responsible for?

We’re currently looking for an Intern to join our team.

Client Data Exchange (CDEX) Team is part of the Global Data Services department being in charge of a product data services solution (people, process, and technology) for accessing and distributing fund product data with the capability of generating reports/extracts for internal and external customers. CDEX is also addressing regulatory reporting requirements.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of Intern – Global Data Exchange?

The Intern position is responsible for supporting permanent staff in project related activity and daily operations ensuring that all assigned tasks and incoming requests are fulfilled timely, accurately and according to internal procedures.

• Current student status (4th or 5th year),
• Finance / IT background,
• Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written),
• Communicative command of German and/or French would be an advantage,
• Computer skills with experience working in a Windows environment (Excel, Access)
• Interest in financial data management and reporting,
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for details,
• Very good organizational skills,
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines,
• Self-reliance and self-discipline at work,
• Work experience desired, but not required.
