Opis stanowiska

You will be responsible for implementation of new IT Services
You will make far-reaching decision regarding standardization of IT Services
You will consult IT Management on inquiries/requests from Central Departments
You will identify potential improvements and coordinate / execute subject matters experts workshops regarding standardization and automation

Wymagania

Personality: Excellence communication skills, team player, open-minded, customer orientation
Work behavior: Self-managed and target-oriented
Experiences and Know-How: strong experience with IT Process Management and IT Service on-boarding, ITIL, Project Management
Languages: very good English skills written and spoken
Education: Completed degree with a focus on information technology (computer science, etc.) or a comparable qualification
