The main purpose of the role is operational indirect purchasing that includes creation of orders, goods receipt tracking, daily contact with international requestors, suppliers, sourcing and accounting team. In this role you will:

• Support PR to PO process, track goods receipt, confirm delivery and conditions with suppliers, ensure invoice processing.
• Manage the day-to-day cooperation with a portfolio of international approved suppliers, fulfilling the needs of both internal and external customer. You will execute Procurement Strategy cooperating with Sourcing team.
• Aligns supplier orders with customer requirements (based on ERP system or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price
• Ensure all Procurement activities in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.

• Proficient Greek (B2/C1), English (B2/C1) and Polish required
• Open minded, proactive way of working / flexibility/ team work spirit
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Any experience working in shared services environment would be a strong plus
• Advanced Excel skills and other European language would be a plus (German)
