Opis stanowiska

Independent supervision of injection molding production technology including peripherals and downstream processes at all PCP manufacturing sites;
Development, planning, specification and technical procurement of the necessary systems and peripheral equipment;
Optimization of existing production systems and evaluation of these with regard to economic efficiency, reliability, quality and safety;
Strategic development of plastics production in cooperation with international colleagues;
Maintenance and preparation of relevant documentation and support of commissioning partly on site;
Feasibility analyses for new plastic parts including support during start-up, sampling and process optimization.

Wymagania

Education - university degree in plastics technology, process engineering or mechanical engineering;
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the manufacturing areas of plastics technology with a focus on injection molding;
Language skills: good command of German and English, native Polish;
Readiness to travel internationally on a regular basis;
Expert knowledge of the injection molding manufacturing process including finishing processes such as printing and coating as well as automation techniques for parts handling and quality assurance;
Practical experience in start-up and optimization of injection molds and process optimization;
Participation in project teams for the development of new products;
Extensive knowledge and experience in plastic-compatible part design and mold design;
Independent and systematic way of working, implementation and goal orientation, ability to work in a team, enthusiasm for new topics and techniques.
