Franklin Templeton is a global investment management organization with
headquarters in California, providing services in over 170 countries.The marketing departments located in Poznan deliver materials for over 30 offices around the world.
Creative Studio is an internal graphic design studio, responsible for the visual look of marketing materials across all communication channels. Our Poznan team is part of a global creative department based across multiple locations: San Mateo, Mexico City, London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
We are looking for a candidate who wants to develop their design skills. Daily tasks include layout, concepting, typography, basic video editing, online banner creation and proofing to the FT Accessibility standard.

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

• Working in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PPT on creative projects
• Attending the brainstorming sessions and working on design concepts with the team
• Exploring the online banner creation process

• Likes to learn new skills and tools
• Has current student status
• Able to work 25-30 hours per week,
• Works well both in a team and individually
• Communicates naturally in English
• Well-organized and excellent time management skills
• Understands Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint and is comfortable with macOS
