Opis stanowiska

You will be mainly accountable for:

Leading commercial and legal negotiations for IT Hardware, Infrastructure & Print contracts typically between $25K and $500K.
Leading RFQ/RFPs and subsequent negotiations for contracts typically between $25K and $2M.
Managing the sourcing process from engagement through to contract signature.
Liaising with global IS, supporting from an IS Sourcing perspective, in the deployment of global Hardware, Infrastructure & Print projects.
Facilitating contract change activities (including change requests, amendments, orders, renewals, termination notices).
Maintaining accurate status, documentation, and metadata for each allocated contract in the contract management system.
Executing the implementation of IS Sourcing strategy.
Cooperating closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts (legal, tax, security, data protection & finance) providing guidance, templates, and support for allocated contracts.

Wymagania

You are highly skilled in supply chain management and the IT market.
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sourcing/IS Sourcing/IT Services.
You have established skills in commercial and legal negotiations for contracts, with at least 2 years of experience.
You possess an enhanced knowledge of IT Hardware, Print & Infrastructure (Datacenters, Cloud, Networking, etc.).
You have experience in commercial negotiations with large IT suppliers.
You are at ease communicating in English (written and spoken); any other language is a plus.
You are passionate about communication and negotiation skills and have the ability to build relationships.
You are innovative around managing demanding stakeholders, multitasking, and proactively identifying and solving issues.
You have a demonstrated track record in strategic thinking, analyzing, and managing complex business situations.
You have strong team-building and networking capabilities.
You are adept at working in a changing environment.
