Opis stanowiska

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be part of the transformation journey, you will join the Global Business Services transition team and be part of building the future of Philips. Your challenge is to provide meaningful contributions to the transition process and directly working with EMEA based Transition Managers.

You are responsible for

Support the implementation of a comprehensive transition framework
Being a key interface for new and existing EMEA Transition Managers
Play an important role in monitoring and reporting of the transition process
Provide project related administration support to EMEA transition Managers
Support the capture of knowledge, lessons learned and implementation of improvement areas
Reinforce our culture and values
Aid in the development and reporting of the transition metrics

Wymagania

Can-do attitude with a positive, creative and curious mindset
Experience in learning design, training development and delivery
Strong communications skills (English C1/C2)
Ability to analyze data and draw relevant insights to improve processes and employee experience
Ability to work independently, while being a team player
Sound judgement and attention to detail while creating compelling content
Cultural awareness affinity to work in a global team
