You will be responsible for supporting end users in case of IT failures or standard requests according to defined processes. About this opportunity
Welcome to the Investment Product Trading Services team. We add value by serving our Private- Business- and Personal Banking customers setting up funds, manage static data for funds, performing corporate actions in funds, controlling and monitor the fund-trading-flow and ensuring well settlement of the trades. As Assistant Service Operations Officer, Łódź you’ll play a valuable role in executing and improving operational processes within selected investment products, with the ambition to continuously deliver even better experience for our customers.
