Opis stanowiska

Strategic development of the BSH business architecture in the direction of integrated end-to-end processes
Anchoring process management in the global network
Analysis of global business processes, identification of efficiency potentials, roles and consistency checks
Advise process owners and process managers and actively participate in relevant committees
Active participation in overarching, strategic organizational development projects

Wymagania

University degree (industrial engineering, economics, business informatics or similar)
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in industry and / or international management consulting
Very good knowledge and experience in process management / business architectures / change and project management / BPM tools / process methodologies
Independent, analytical, goal-oriented, results-driven approach, strategic and conceptual skills, strong conflict and communication skills
Ability to work in a team,
Business fluent in German and English, international experience (e.g. German-speaking Europe)
