Opis stanowiska

The Marketing Optimization team strives to understand client needs, drive innovation in marketing processes and deliver high quality materials, ensuring efficiency increase for our internal partners and clients. We are fully committed to supporting the U.S. region with a team of specialists who understand the products and the market priorities. We are working closely with U.S. marketers to offer an operational support and expertise.

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

Support the maintenance of compelling marketing materials - including brochures, web content, email message and presentations – that fulfill the marketing and communication strategy.
Work with a team of marketing experts to facilitate projects, overcoming obstacles and challenges.
Leverage analytical skills to support operational process optimization.

Wymagania

Current student status.
Availability to work 25-30 hours per week under flexible schedule, considering student’s university obligations (lectures, etc.), hybrid model
Excellent verbal and written English
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills,
Solid proofreading skills and capabilities, along with attention to detail,
Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy,
Ability to work on team projects and achieve team goals,
Ability to maintain knowledge or procedures,
Basic level in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
