Opis stanowiska

You will be mainly accountable for:

Performing daily tasks and activities related to control & validation as well as process expertise
Ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met by timely performing tasks for respective area of responsibility
Supporting less experienced team members in their daily activities
Focusing on continuous improvement & performance of processes in a standardized & efficient manner
Acting as control performer for internal controls for respective R2R areas and ensuring that controls are delivered and relevant policies are implemented
Encouraging data driven assessments and proposals to solve complex business problems
Remaining in contact with key business stakeholders with the needs of businesses
Supporting establishment and maintenance of business continuity plan (BCP) for Global R2R operations
Being in R2R related projects

Wymagania

Graduate degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 4 years of operational experience
Knowledge of SOX Controls and End to End R2R process
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver on multiple tracks/projects
Ability to identify root causes of issues and get them solved in a collaborative manner
Understanding of continues improvement methodology e.g. Lean Six Sigma
