Opis stanowiska

Owns the supply planning and order handling process
Provides visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
Leads a team responsible for master planning and order handling
Oversees preparations of documents needed for order handling (invoices, origin of goods)
Manages warehouse, import, and export matters
Processes orders to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products and acts as the first port of call to customers’ queries and orders
Accountable for site inventory and driving inventory optimization projects within the site.
Ensures the resolution of customer issues, including order, technical, and payment-related issues, by coordinating with
Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal and/or external teams
Ensures the right inventory levels are maintained, optimizing them according to the company’s targets, while ensuring high customer service level
Leads/contributes to cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead time, inventory, resource utilization, and forecast accuracy

Wymagania

Higher technical education, at least 4-5 years of experience in production planning, experience in team management is welcome
Goal-oriented, highly developed analytical skills, analyzing resource requirements and supporting various scenarios
Leadership experience preferably in Production Planning or Order Handling (minimum 3 years)
Advanced knowledge of SAP system with ability to develop it
Experience in implementing Lean philosophy in the area of production planning, advanced knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of tools welcome: MS Access, VBA
Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Ability to work under time pressure and perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner
Communicativeness and ability to work in a team
