Opis stanowiska

Your responsibilities:

Lead a team of around 10+ R&D Engineers in order to meet requirements of product development projects.
Creates technology roadmaps for assigned domain. Provides input to leadership regarding technology strategy planning.
Drives and fosters a culture of innovation within the Team
As part of the Engineering R&D Team you will be also involved in product and systems features development
Support R&D Management within the planning and management of research and development (R&D) activities and resources. Support the development of projects and identify the budget of the specific functional area
Cooperation with different local and global engineering teams.

Wymagania

Master’s degree in field of Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Power Electronics and Drives, Control Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science or related field
Previous experience in leading R&D Teams and stakeholders management skills
Proactive, open minded, eager to learn, act as ultimate team player.
Engineering is part of your professional DNA
Great communication skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Polish
Business oriented skills as additional asset
Domain knowledge on electrical drives will be an asset.
