Opis stanowiska

You will be mainly accountable for:

Executing purchasing and logistics strategies to support the business by optimizing costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products. This includes processing Purchase Requisitions and creating Purchase Orders, as well as proactively monitoring confirmations of Purchase Orders from suppliers.
Designing and implementing plans and effective strategies for local sourcing of products/materials to reach business targets. This involves proactively managing on-time deliveries and resolving issues related to Purchase Orders and Invoices.
Supporting in implementing effective local sourcing strategies in line with business strategy to meet current and future business requirements. This includes closely collaborating with internal customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Applying and implementing procurement standards, tools, and processes in your area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability. Additionally, you will report your achievements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Supporting our further development by identifying and implementing improvements, and promoting a culture where a high quality of work is the norm.

Wymagania

You are highly skilled in procurement processes and enjoy working with SAP and Excel in the procurement and logistics market.
You have experience in procurement or hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field.
You possess excellent communication skills and a strong teamwork spirit.
You are passionate about customer focus and have a proactive attitude.
You are highly adept in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
You are at ease communicating in business English (B2/C1).
