GSS Operations GER manages and maintains records of individual and corporate investors and resolves client issues regarding holdings.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of a TA Operations Representative?

The person will be responsible for performing Transaction Processing and Quality Control functions in assigned team in accordance with applicable GSS Operations GER policies, procedures & governing regulations. Assisting in system testing and process streamlining initiatives.

Perform all assigned transaction processing, quality control, and associated tasks and ensure that all work is completed in accordance with GSS Operations GER policies, procedures and governing regulations.

Ensure that all assigned transaction processing and quality control are completed in accordance with the quality standards and turnaround times set by the GSS Operations GER.

Carry out assigned system testing functions. Participate and provide feedback to business process and procedural realignment projects.

• Computer literate with experience working in a Windows environment
• Basic verbal and written German language skills
• Good verbal and written English language skills
• Excellent communication skills, persistence and tact
• Ability to work with a team within a global/international environment
