We are now looking for a Junior Content Partner to support our Technology unit and play a valuable role in ensuring a smooth and unified flow of information across Technology areas.

About this opportunity

What you'll be doing:

  • Support unified knowledge sharing across the Technology areas, in alignment with our common priorities
  • Prepare high-quality communications content such as articles, viva engage posts, presentation materials and the agenda for different internal events
  • Support the communications strategy implementation within the different Technology areas
  • Identify topics of interest to employees and play a key role in ensuring the complete journey of the feedback loop
  • Collaborate, quality assure content and be a proactive sparring partner

This is a new permanent role. We will hire one new team member, who can locate in Helsinki, Gdansk, Gdynia or Warszawa (hybrid model of working).

  • Are a confident communicator, able to deliver concise and impactful messages
  • Demonstrate a high degree of creativity, structure, flexibility, planning and prioritization skills and provide timely and excellent service consistently with a positive attitude
  • Are great with people, collaborating with others effectively and building relationships, working individually and as part of a team
  • Understand the importance of an integrated and holistic perspective to ensure coherence across different channels and messaging (preferably from larger enterprise environment)
  • Have a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail
  • Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Marketing, etc) or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • 3-6 years of working experience in total

Additional background and/or skillset, that are beneficial in this role:

  • Previous experience as a Communicator, Journalist or Event Manager is an asset
  • Professional experience using, updating and maintaining community tools (i.e. Viva Engage)
  • Video editing experience, and technology-oriented approach
